We currently have two interested parties (out of a possible 6) and the proposal involves knocking down a minimum of two houses to replace them with a small, high quality development.
The owners of these properties will each receive an offer around 30% Above Current Market Value for these properties compared to selling ordinarily through an agent. Selling privately, these houses would each fetch around £240,000 - £250,000. Our offer will be in the region of £315,000.
There is a possiblity that some of the owners might be willing to sell part of their gardens to create an infill site rather than their whole plots. This way, they get to stay in their homes and benefit from a large TAX FREE lump sum (approximately £40,000).
